Experience working in the medical device development industry performing exploratory & design verification testing of drug delivery devices. Acting as Lab Support, developing, validating, & transferring test methods & executing test protocols supporting exploratory & verification testing, analyzing data, documenting in lab notebooks, & presenting results to cross-functional teams; Testing using Zwick (UTM), machine shop equipment, 3D printers, volumetric accuracy equipment, viscometers, & climate chambers; Developing, managing, and maintaining complex technical drawings and designs using SolidWorks; Performing statistical analysis of data;Responsibilities:
Acting as Lab Support, developing, validating, & transferring test methods & executing test protocols supporting exploratory & verification testing, analyzing data, documenting in lab notebooks, & presenting results to cross-functional teams; Possesses educational qualifications and work experience as established by engineering schools, employers and licensing authorities for employment in the various disciplines of engineering, i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, Quality, etc. Experience working in the medical device development industry performing exploratory & design verification testing of drug delivery devices. Testing using Zwick (UTM), machine shop equipment, 3D printers, volumetric accuracy equipment, viscometers, & climate chambers; Developing, managing, and maintaining complex technical drawings and designs using SolidWorks; Performing statistical analysis of data; Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Design Controls, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and regulatory standards including:FDA , ASTM & ISO.
