This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, fixing, and troubleshooting real-world systems in a fast-paced lab environment. What You'll Do Set up and maintain lab equipment and hardware systems Work with electronics, wiring, and mechanical components Troubleshoot issues using tools like oscilloscopes and multimeters Support cryogenic systems, pumps, and compressors Manage lab inventory and document processes Partner with researchers to support experiments What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in an engineering or research lab Hands-on experience with electronics tools and hardware systems Strong problem-solving mindset Comfortable working with small, delicate components Nice to Have RF / microwave electronics experience Exposure to cryogenic or vacuum systems Basic Python or programming knowledge.
