We are seeking a self-motivated Mission Systems Software Test and Verification Software Lead who thrives in fast-paced teams and is dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality software. The ideal candidate will possess an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance and the ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs. A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with at least 5 years of experience leading a software development project or team, and 3 years of experience in the design and leadership of automated test system development projects. You should also have 5+ years of experience with full life-cycle software development, modeling, simulation, testing, and/or analysis using various programming languages. Strong communication, teamwork, and technical integration skills are essential, with a preference for candidates experienced in developing real-time, embedded Mission Systems software on aircraft platforms.
