About the Role As a Hardware Verification Specialist, you will drive the integrity of complex product designs by spearheading rigorous testing protocols within a fast-paced R&D environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring that new product developments and design iterations meet stringent performance standards and regulatory benchmarks. Responsibilities Direct comprehensive verification and validation (V&V) strategies to ensure product reliability and performance excellence. Author and execute detailed test protocols and technical reports to document design efficacy and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to streamline testing workflows and accelerate project timelines. Maintain strict adherence to quality management systems and industry-specific regulatory standards. Analyze test data to identify potential design improvements and provide actionable insights to the development team. Oversee project documentation to ensure all requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle. Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an engineering or testing capacity. Proven ability to manage multiple technical projects and shifting priorities effectively. Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication capabilities. Preferred Skills Direct experience with medical device testing and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality system standards. Demonstrated success in leading or mentoring junior engineering staff.
