An established environmental and engineering consulting firm is expanding its engineering team and seeking a Senior Process Engineer to support complex industrial and municipal wastewater projects throughout Southern California. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical work, project leadership, mentoring, and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Lead and execute industrial and municipal wastewater projects from planning through delivery Perform wastewater process and systems design Review engineering documents, drawings, reports, and specifications Provide technical leadership and QA/QC oversight Review, approve, and stamp engineering deliverables as appropriate Mentor engineers and designers within a collaborative engineering team Support project planning, permitting, troubleshooting, and system optimization Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders Help build engineering capacity and strengthen technical capabilities across the organization Primary project focus includes: Industrial wastewater treatment Municipal wastewater treatment Wastewater process design Collection and conveyance systems Pump stations Water reuse Treatment and storage facilities Design-build projects What Makes This Opportunity Different? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Orange, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $220000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
