What You Will DoLead and deliver municipal civil engineering projects from planning through constructionServe as engineer of record on public infrastructure work including grading, utilities, stormwater, and site developmentProvide technical guidance and day to day coaching to early career engineersSet and maintain practical engineering standards for project teamsParticipate in client conversations, proposal development, and relationship buildingHelp identify new project opportunities and contribute to regional growth effortsCoordinate with planners, surveyors, environmental staff, and other disciplines as neededWho This Role Is ForLicensed Professional Engineer in CaliforniaTypically 7 or more years post licensure experience, with flexibility for strong mid level candidatesBackground in municipal or public works consultingComfortable leading projects and supporting less experienced staffInterested in both technical work and the business realities of consultingClear communicator with technical and non technical audiencesSelf directed and effective in lean, fast moving environments
