Water Treatment Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to engineering work across water and wastewater systems including treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and related infrastructure
• Develop engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for municipal and utility projects
• Support permitting efforts and alternatives analyses for water and wastewater facilities
• Perform field observations and inspections to verify compliance with design documents and technical standards
• Assist with technical memoranda, reports, and electronic deliverables
• Conduct data analysis and support field activities such as site investigations, testing, and evaluations
• Collaborate with project teams and provide technical support as needed throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Approximately 6 or more years of experience in wastewater or water infrastructure design within a consulting or engineering services environment
• Experience with treatment processes including hydraulics and physical, chemical, and biological systems
• Professional Engineer licensure
• Strong technical problem solving and analytical skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interface with clients and internal project teams We are seeking a mid level environmental or civil engineer to support a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
