What Youll Do Support senior engineers in the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater systems Prepare design calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates Analyze existing water/wastewater systems to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement Design water/wastewater and utility infrastructure, including CAD drafting Provide technical support during construction, including shop drawing reviews, RFI responses, site visits, and field inspections Assist in developing solutions that meet environmental, regulatory, and budgetary requirements Prepare GIS exhibits and manage field data in Arc GIS software Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program required, December 2026 graduates are encouraged to apply Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineer Intern registration or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire 0 - 2 years in water/wastewater collection, distribution, pumping systems, storage, treatment, and utility infrastructure design Software experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit is a plus Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
