  • $200,000 per year Job Details
  • What You'll Do Lead and grow the Florida water, wastewater, and stormwater practice.
Develop and mentor engineers, project managers, and technical staff. Drive business development efforts, pursuits, and proposal strategies. Build and maintain relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients. Provide executive oversight for major water infrastructure projects. Collaborate with leadership on regional and national growth initiatives. Support recruiting, succession planning, and team expansion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field. PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain). 15+ years of water, wastewater, and/or stormwater consulting experience. Proven success leading teams, winning work, and managing client relationships. Strong understanding of Florida water infrastructure markets and regulations. Established industry relationships preferred. Previous experience working with Florida municipalities and state organizations in a consulting capacity A bit about us:
