Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a leading, 100% employee owned civil engineering firm, for a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 6-15 years of progressive experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical tasks, manage projects, and mentor junior staff while working on impactful infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities Manage, plan, and provide design for water/wastewater projects from concept through construction Prepare and monitor project budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Lead project planning from procurement through execution and closeout Participate in construction phase services, including pre-bid conferences and contract preparation Support proposal development and technical approach preparation Deliver high-quality technical work with minimal supervision Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering Minimum 6 years of experience in water/wastewater system planning, design, and construction Sufficient design/modeling experience is a must Expertise in water/wastewater treatment plants/systems, force mains, and sanitary sewer evaluation/design Professional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 months Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to lead and coordinate technical tasks independently Why This Opportunity?
