• Water Resources Crawford, Murphy & Tilly is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer to join the Kansas City, MO Water Resources team. This is not a remote position. We are a fast-growing firm with 500+ employees across 26 offices in 10 states, serving clients through our four primary business groups:
• Water Resources
• Aviation
• Surface Transportation
• Building & Site Services As a Senior Professional Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the Kansas City, MO team while providing the opportunity to experience new challenges in a dynamic environment. Join us and help shape the future of engineering and consulting. Here's what you'll do:
• Planning, design, and project management of moderate to complex Water Resources projects on primarily water, wastewater and stormwater focused projects.
• Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide leadership in staff development and growth in our Kansas City, MO operations.
• Drive project development and pursue Water Resources-related work.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or related field.
• 8 years' minimum experience with an emphasis in Water Resources design.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Missouri and Kansas, or the ability to gain licensure in the state.
• Strong preference will be given to those with not only a technical understanding of delivering water, wastewater and stormwater engineering projects but those that possess a complete understanding of delivering a quality and comprehensive product, program, or solution for our clients.
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Revit and GIS software packages.
• Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment while mentoring staff.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments on a variety of projects, work in an environment to learn quickly, take initiative and interact with a variety of people located in Kansas City and other CMT offices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
• Demonstrated responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork. Ideally, you will also have:
• Experience in business development and staff supervision
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• CMT Infrastructure Professionals. The expected compensation range for this position is $85,000
• $125,000 annually.

The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
