Job Description

My client is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Production Manager to join their growing team in the Kansas City area. In this role you will lead the design and production of general civil engineering projects across water, wastewater, stormwater, transportation, and site development. The ideal candidate is a strong technical engineer who enjoys mentoring junior staff, collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams, and supporting high‑quality plan production from concept through delivery.

ResponsibilitiesLead design efforts for civil engineering projects in multiple disciplinesOversee and guide plan production activitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional team membersTrain and mentor less experienced engineersSupport client managers with project updates and technical inputAssist in developing internal tools, standards, and processesPerform complex engineering tasks independentlyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldLicensed Professional Engineer5+ years of relevant engineering experienceFamiliarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3
