Job Overview We are seeking a Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of post-graduate experience specializing in Water and Wastewater projects to join our talented team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support the design, analysis, and management of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will be instrumental in advancing innovative solutions for water and wastewater facilities while collaborating closely with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Duties Assist in the design and development of civil infrastructure projects related to water supply, wastewater collection, and treatment using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and other CAD software. Manage project schedules from conception through construction completion, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards. Conduct hydrological modeling using Bentley WaterGEMS & SewerGEMS, and GIS-based systems such as ArcGIS and GIS tools to support system design and analysis. Prepare detailed technical engineering reports, schematics, construction estimates, and supporting documentation for permitting phases involving land surveying, geotechnical engineering, and system design. Assist with construction management activities including construction inspection to verify compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinate permitting processes by managing applications for environmental permits related to water/wastewater systems. Collaborate with project teams on system hydraulics calculations, hydrologic analysis, and site design for integrated infrastructure solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; EIT (Engineer-In-Training) certificate required, PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred. Proven experience managing water/wastewater infrastructure projects with a strong background in civil engineering principles. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, SWMM, ArcGIS or other GIS platforms. Strong understanding of civil infrastructure standards, permitting processes, hydrological modeling techniques, and efficient drafting. Excellent technical writing skills for reports and documentation; effective client communication abilities. Experience in construction management or construction inspection roles highly desirable.
