What You'll Do:
+ Assist Project Managers with engineering design for water and wastewater facilities requiring the application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to carry out engineering tasks + Perform technical engineering work associated with water and wastewater engineering including: + Prepare engineering reports and feasibility studies + Prepare engineering-related calculations and visual aids + Develop hydraulic models and perform engineering analysis + Participate in field investigations + Prepare design drawings, plans, sections, details, and profiles/sections + Complete various permitting applications + Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, and contractors + Provide construction administration of water and wastewater projects + Some mentoring and delegation of work tasks to junior staffWhat You'll Bring:
+ Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited institution in Civil or Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in water/wastewater or other related field + Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) preferred + 3+ years of experience in water & wastewater or related civil engineering projects including design, analyses, and studies + Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat + Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is required + Familiarity with computer models for hydraulic system analysis + Must possess a valid driver's licenseSalary Range:
- The starting salary for this position is $80,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
