Are you a Senior Engineer with a passion for municipal wastewater projects and a knack for leadership? Haskell is seeking an experienced professional to join our Design & Consulting Team and lead innovative engineering solutions for water and wastewater systems.
Your Role Will Include:
Leading the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater treatment projects. Managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinating multi-discipline teams and directing the design of key infrastructure components like pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants. Building positive relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders. Mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development efforts. What You'll Need to
Thrive:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Biosystems, Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field. 10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with a PE license, and a background in consulting. Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with CADD, project scheduling, and proposal development is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information.
