WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design water and wastewater treatment facilities, including advanced treatment/nutrient removal and reuse, distribution and conveyance, and related infrastructure balance of plant. Prepare and review design drawings, details, layouts, specifications, cost estimates, studies, reports and work products to include review of designs by others for standard conformance. Provide construction support and oversight including administration, limited inspection, start-up, commissioning, operations, and maintenance. Some travel may be required. Interface with project team including stakeholders, clients, equipment suppliers/vendors, and Local, State, and Federal government agencies. Provide clear written and verbalcommunications for internal/external project meetings, project presentations, and all deliverables.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering from an A.B.E.T. Accredited School. Minimum eight (8) years of experience in design, construction oversight, and operation of water and/or wastewater infrastructure facilities and projects. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. P.E. (Professional Engineer) License or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering from an A.B.E.T. Accredited School. Experience with: Hydraulic modeling (PIPE-FLO, WaterCAD, Fathom, other). Wastewater biological modeling (Biowin, GPSx, Sumo, other). Industrial water and wastewater treatment. Design Team and Project management.
