Open Until Filled Employment Opportunity The Engineer position (Engineer I / Engineer II / Senior Engineer) is a professional role operating under the direction of the Engineering Manager and City Engineer. This position manages engineering projects through their entire lifecycle, handling public communication, data collection, detailed design, plan and specification production, and field oversight during construction. Pay and Benefits The current salary range for Engineer I, II & Senior is in a hybrid step/career-ladder pay program that allows for automatic raises on the anniversary of an employee's hire/position date (step) and career advancement based on meeting certain requirements (career ladder). New hires with previous comparable experience may be placed higher than Engineer I entry based on previous experience, qualifications, and certifications.
