The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes, with a focus on residential construction. Experience preferred, but on the job training is offered. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of construction site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and manage detailed construction schedules to meet project deadlines, adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate unforeseen challenges. Monitor daily site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with project manager to review plans, specifications, and scope of work to ensure clarity and feasibility. Manage project budgets, track costs, and report on progress to ensure financial objectives are achieved. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on project timelines. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and team members to facilitate effective project coordination. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and industry standards. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with a preferred background in residential construction. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling and project planning tools. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in a residential construction environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
