Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities Engage with customers daily to assess their needs and match them with the best products and services Assist in translating customer inquiries, documents, or promotional materials as needed Provide expert recommendations and assist with inquiries in a professional manner Adapt communication styles to provide a personalized customer experience based on different cultural expectations Escalate high-value sales opportunities to senior Account Managers Track, manage, and document customer interactions, sales, and leads Ensure adherence to company policies and client expectations Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to enhance customer experiences

Customer Enrollment Representative Education and Experience Requirements:

Some college coursework preferred (but not required) Ability to problem-solve and provide excellent customer support across diverse customer backgrounds. Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Outgoing, professional, and articulate personality Flexibility to work varied hours based on business needs
