Contract Key Responsibilities Define and own enterprise architecture strategy focused on Salesforce ecosystem and MuleSoft integration platform Design end-to-end solutions using API-led connectivity principles with MuleSoft Lead architecture for Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) Establish integration patterns between Salesforce, third-party systems, and legacy platforms Provide architectural governance, standards, and best practices across projects Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for integration and cloud adoption Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements Mentor development teams and review solution designs Drive performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in enterprise architecture roles Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (architecture, data model, integrations) Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, RAML, DataWeave, ESB concepts) Proven experience in designing API-led architectures and microservices Experience integrating SaaS, on-premise, and hybrid systems Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong understanding of security (OAuth, SSO, identity management) Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Architect or Developer) Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, streaming platforms) Familiarity with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
