Conducts financial counseling to include collection of co-pays, deductibles and payment arrangements for all Enterprise balances. Evaluates patient/guarantor for financial assistance, Cobra, and/or other 3rd party payor. Negotiates patient payment plans. • Communicates clearly and concisely with all customers, uses fax, computer, printer, copier, adding machine, and telephone, good hand and eye coordination, and collating. Interpersonal Skills
