The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for leading high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that advance Woodcraft's strategic priorities. This role works closely with executive leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver enterprise‑wide projects across retail operations, technology, marketing, innovation, accounting, human resources, product development, customer service, warehouse, and supply chain ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Essential Functions of the Job Lead and manage enterprise‑wide projects from initiation through completion. Partner with executives to translate strategic priorities into executable project plans. Handle confidential information with trust and discretion. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across the organization and with vendors. Establish and track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets. Facilitate executive project updates, reviews, and decision forums. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and obstacles. Drive accountability and execution without direct authority. Support post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiative. Occasional business travel may be required to support enterprise initiatives. Qualifications & Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or related field preferred. 7+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise‑level projects. Demonstrated experience working directly with executive leadership. PMP or equivalent project management certification strongly preferred; relevant experience managing enterprise initiatives will also be considered.
