• 300 to 600 mile radius Assigned trucks
• not slip-seated Fully automatic transmission Full onboarding program from day one Pay & Compensation New CDL-A graduates start at $0.65 CPM Experienced drivers start at $0.68
• 0.75 CPM based on verifiable experience Weekly pay: $1,500
• 1,800 Annual pay: $78,000
• 95,000 Sign-on bonus: $2,000 Orientation pay: $300 Safety and performance bonuses available Benefits Medical, dental, and vision

A CDL 21

years of age or older No SAP history | No DUI offenses Pass DOT physical and hair follicle drug test Able to communicate in English with dispatch Responsibilities Run assigned regional routes out of Three Rivers, MI

• covering MI, OH, IN, IL, and WI Monitor and maintain reefer unit temperature settings to protect freight integrity on temperature-sensitive loads Perform DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections on both tractor and trailer Maintain accurate ELD logs in compliance with FMCSA hours of service rules Communicate with dispatch proactively on delays, load issues, or route changes
