About the role As an Entry-Level Charity Event Coordinator at Apex Precision Strategies, you will play a hands-on role in planning, scheduling, and overseeing charity events and promotional shows in the Benton area. You will also support local marketing initiatives, lead a team of Event Demonstrators, and help ensure every event runs smoothly and delivers a strong return on investment. What you will do Research, evaluate, and book divisional events and promotional shows Assess staffing needs for upcoming events and build schedules accordingly Hire and train Event Demonstrators on setup, teardown, and performance expectations Supervise Event Demonstrators on-site and address performance issues as they arise Oversee all booth setup and teardown at events Report display or equipment issues to the Division Manager for resolution Ensure accurate collection of customer lead information at every event Manage event budgets and monitor return on investment Demonstrate products to customers at events and respond to questions Support additional marketing initiatives and duties as assigned What we are looking for Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Natural leadership ability and comfort guiding a team Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable working within a budget and tracking ROI Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to stand for 8-10 hours during events Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for booth setup and teardown Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed No prior experience required — we provide full training Compensation & benefits $800 - $1,200 per week based on performance and experience Paid training and onboarding Clear advancement path into senior coordinator and management roles Collaborative, team-oriented work environment Schedule & location Full-time, in-person position based in Little Rock, AR Standard retail hours including evenings and weekends Reliable transportation required How to apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
