• Shift & Pay
• + Monday-Friday + $16/HR + After 3-months: $17/HR

• + Strong attention to safety and detail + Reliable and punctual with flexible availability + Ability to follow instructions and work outdoors in all weather + Clear communication and teamwork skills + Physically capable of standing for extended periods + Quick learner with strong work ethic
• Availability
• + Immediate start + Open to full-time, part-time, and overtime shifts + Available for early mornings, weekends, and extended hours
• Relevant Abilities
• + Willingness to complete Flagger Certification (ATSSA or local requirements) + Able to direct traffic using basic hand signals and signage (training-ready) + Understands importance of maintaining safe distances and alertness in work zones + Comfortable working near moving vehicles and construction environments

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
