Responsibilities:

Assist with operating the punch press and turret punch machines under established procedures and safety guidelines. Help with basic machine setup activities to prepare equipment for production runs. Read and interpret simple blueprints to understand part requirements and specifications. Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, identifying defects or inconsistencies and reporting issues promptly. Perform deburring of parts to remove sharp edges and ensure a clean, finished product. Package parts according to instructions to protect them during storage and shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools, equipment, and materials. Follow all safety policies and procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times. Support general shop labor tasks as needed to keep production flowing smoothly.

First and second shift Pay Range $18 to $21/hour
