Industrial Arkoma, AR Monday - Friday, 5:00am To 3:00pm $15/Hour Job Details
Our client is seeking a dependable Entry Level MIG Welder to join their trailer manufacturing team in Arkoma, AR. This Entry Level MIG Welder position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic MIG welding on trailer components
Assist in building and assembling trailers from start to finish
Read and follow simple blueprints, measurements, and work instructions
Prepare materials by measuring, cutting, and grinding
Inspect welds to ensure quality and durability standards are met
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Support team members and production goals as needed
Qualifications
Entry level welding experience or recent welding school/training preferred
Willingness to learn and take direction
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and work quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
