Job Description:

Job Summary:

The company is seeking a Project Manager - Digital Marketing Operations to support enterprise digital marketing initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role will focus on creating, managing, and routing interactive digital marketing content while partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AEM, Figma, and Promomats, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage interactive digital marketing content within AEM and Veeva CLM environments
• Create and route promotional materials through regulated review and approval workflows using Promomats
• Collaborate with marketing teams, creative partners, and external agencies to update and maintain design assets
• Support deployment and execution of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives
• Maintain reusable templates, digital assets, and component libraries across the enterprise
• Partner with stakeholders to improve platform functionality and recommend process enhancements
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
• Participate in feedback sessions and contribute to continuous process improvements
• Provide strong client service support and communicate effectively with business and technical teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and executing Veeva CLM or interactive visual aid content
• Hands-on experience with AEM , Figma , and Promomats
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and digital asset management platforms
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, proofreading, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working in regulated industries or complex enterprise environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Candidate must be local to the Chicago area and available for onsite meetings as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Veeva CRM
• Experience with WorkFront
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
• Digital marketing or interactive agency experience
• Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations initiatives

Pay Range:

$30/hr to $40/hr
