Senior Accountant | Real Estate 3+ years of accounting experience in real estate development, construction, or property management Hands-on Yardi Voyager experience Full-cycle AP and month-end close ownership

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Accountant | Real Estate Own the books across multiple entities

• journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close from start to finish Keep vendors happy and payments moving
• you'll manage the full AP process including W-9s, 1099s, and remittance Dig into the numbers behind each property
• variance analysis, balance sheet review, and financial statement support Partner with project managers on active construction deals
• tracking budgets, coordinating draw packages, and organizing lender documentation Pull and synthesize data across Yardi and Procore to keep development projects reporting clean and on time Handle the tenant side of the ledger
• monthly billings, collections follow-up, security deposits, and rent rolls Lead the annual CAM reconciliation process from compiling actuals through drafting tenant statements Build as you go
• document the processes you create and flag opportunities to automate or streamline Support tax prep coordination and help roll out new Yardi modules as the platform grows
