Entry Level Recruiter - Staffing Industry

United Talent is immediately hiring a Entry Level Recruiter

• Staffing Industry for our Team in the Morgantown, WV!

Job Duties:

Recruiting and Onboarding

• Manage job postings, schedule appointments, conduct interviews, completion of new hire paperwork, develop a pool of qualified candidates. Occasionally attend recruiting and networking events. Placement and Customer Service
• Work closely with customers to determine staffing needs, match associates with the positions requested by customers, ensure each associate is working in a comfortable and safe environment, communicate with the candidate all pertinent information regarding the assignment, fill open positions. Human Resources
• Greet candidates with enthusiasm and professionalism, provide coaching to associates, provide detailed documentation in system regarding communication with associates.

Maintain a strong and robust pipeline of sales leads that are managed through solid CRM utilization. Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. Drive revenue through networking and sales initiatives by being present in the market.

Pay & Shift:

Annual Salary based on skills and experience. Compensation includes eligibility for quarterly bonuses based on KPI performance. Flexible work schedule

Requirements:

High School diploma required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred Human Resources, Recruiting and Sales experience preferred Microsoft Products to include Outlook, Teams, and Word Ability to multi-task and prior experience with inbound & outbound calls Ability to work independently
