You'll:

Engage with homeowners to identify service needs and solutions Educate customers on eco-friendly pest and mosquito programs Close new accounts and build recurring revenue relationships Train daily with mentors who want you to win Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Summer:

$35,000

• $60,000 (performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission)

Experienced Reps:

$80,000

• $120,000+ annually

Sales Leaders & Partners:

$150,000

• $250,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
