WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will work directly with clients in a professional, face-to-face sales environment focused on education and long-term solutions. Spanish/English bilingual communication is required for this role. This is a performance-based position where you will: Engage qualified clients regarding service solutions Support scheduled consultations and presentations Communicate value clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish Track goals, performance, and advancement through company systems Every interaction helps build confidence, communication skills, and professional experience.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Compensation is performance-based with uncapped commission potential. Individual earnings vary based on experience, consistency, and performance.

First Month:

Many new hires earn between $4,000 - $10,000 during onboarding and ramp-up periods.

Consistent Performers:

Experienced representatives may earn between $15,000 - $25,000 per month.

Leadership Opportunities:
