Schedule/Hours:

Travel assignment Some night and weekend on-call requirements: 1 weeknight per week, plus two 12-hour weekend call shifts per month 30-minute call response time Holidays included

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of recent CVOR Scrub Tech experience Active BLS certification, CA License ACLS preferred, CST preferred for techs Experience with Cerner EMR is a plus

Responsibilities:

Scrub for cardiovascular and major OR procedures in a 1:1 or 2:1 nurse-to-tech setting Prepare and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures Ensure equipment is available and functioning Collaborate with charge nurse and other team members Rotate on-call responsibilities as noted above Support efficient daily case flow under the supervision of experienced surgeons
