Responsibilities Speak with homeowners in assigned residential areas Introduce Brightside Windows products and services Schedule appointments for interested homeowners Track daily activity using a mobile device Work toward weekly activity and appointment-setting goals Represent the company professionally in the field Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional and dependable attitude Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and reporting Must be at least 18 years old Compensation & Benefits Expert training provided Training pay of $600 per week for the first two weeks Additional performance-based compensation opportunities available Weekly pay schedule Ongoing coaching and mentorship Opportunities for advancement within the company Compensation varies based on individual performance and is discussed during the interview process. Work Environment This is a field-based position that involves working outdoors in residential neighborhoods and interacting directly with homeowners throughout the day.
