Full Job Description Entry Writer Compensation:

$25-$30/hr Passaic, NJ | Onsite | Full-Time About the role If you have been doing this work long enough to know the difference between a good operation and a great one, this is worth your time to read. We are placing a Customs Entry Writer for a well-established logistics operation in Passaic, NJ. This is a team where people actually stay. The environment is collaborative, the work is consistent, and there is room to grow into a long-term career here, not just a short-term gig. This is a high-volume role. The team runs 100-150 entries per month. If that number excites you rather than intimidates you, you are exactly who we are looking for. What you will own Full entry writing from start to finish, including HTS classification and FDA/PGA compliance Managing "may proceed" releases and responding immediately when FDA exams are triggered Communicating directly with clients, carriers, and steamship lines Catching and correcting errors before they become problems Supporting import compliance and working alongside a manager who values your expertise Who we want to hear from You have 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations. You know your HTS codes. You understand what FDA exams mean for a client and you do not need to be told twice to pick up the phone. You take pride in clean files and you can move fast without cutting corners. QuestaWeb experience is a bonus. Microsoft Office proficiency is a must. The details
