Monday•Friday, 7:00 AM•3:00 PM (Project needs may require overtime, weekends, and travel including overnight stays)

Pay Rate:

$20.00•$23.00 per hour (based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Environmental Field Technician to support environmental sampling, monitoring, and field operations. This role involves hands-on fieldwork, documentation, and support of environmental remediation and wastewater treatment projects. Primary Responsibilities Collect samples from environmental media (soil, surface water, groundwater, and waste) Perform field sampling, monitoring, and basic analysis Complete detailed and accurate field documentation and reports Conduct equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance Assist with municipal WWTP operations and maintenance (O&M) Support remedial system installation and ongoing O&M Work safely on environmentally sensitive and potentially hazardous sites

Education & Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): 2-5 years of environmental field or consulting experience Experience with soil, water, or vapor sampling Report writing and regulatory compliance experience Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geosciences, or Chemistry 40-Hour

OSHA HAZWOPER

Certification (current) WWTP Class S Operator Certification Class B CDL preferred (not required)
