Job Summary:

This role is responsible for designing and building technical solutions for digital scheduling initiatives, primarily within Epic Cadence and MyChart. The engineer will focus on configuring Decision Trees for appointment entry and ensuring scalable, high-quality builds that adhere to enterprise standards. The position requires strong collaboration with various teams to deliver effective and sustainable scheduling interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineer and implement system-guided scheduling solutions (Decision Trees) within Epic MyChart and Cadence. Design scalable and reusable scheduling solutions across different specialties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align builds with enterprise scheduling architecture. Translate roadmap initiatives into technical designs and build plans. Serve as a technical authority for scheduling design decisions, balancing speed and maintainability.

Must-Have Skills:

Epic Cadence and MyChart certification or equivalent experience. Proven experience configuring Epic Decision Trees for appointment entry. Strong understanding of Epic scheduling architecture (Open, Direct, Ticket Scheduling).
