In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on floors across various commercial and residential projects. Responsibilities Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure optimal adhesion for epoxy coatings Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications Apply epoxy coatings using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes Perform surface repairs such as caulking, patching, and sealing before application of flooring materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment by properly handling waste materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Qualifications Proven experience in flooring installation, especially epoxy flooring projects or related construction work Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, buffing equipment, and other relevant machinery Mechanical skills, painting experience, or other trade related experience Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Familiarity with concrete work is advantageous Requirements Have a valid drivers license and your own transportation Be able to arrive to work when scheduled, on time Lift more than 100lbs Residential customer experience & appropriate behavior Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, visually appealing epoxy flooring solutions.
