Job Description

Come join us and help us build The DNA of tech.™ Production & Operations Support Set work priorities and schedule repairs, maintenance, and equipment installations to support production needs. Ensure rapid and effective response to equipment and facility issues to meet production and revenue targets. EHS & Regulatory Compliance Develop, implement, and maintain the site's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as ISO 14001 and
ISO 45001
standards. Lead site safety initiatives, including the Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC). Support internal and external audits and drive corrective actions. Facility Management Ensure facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.) are maintained in excellent working condition. Manage contractors and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution of work. CMMS & Maintenance Execution Oversee the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including work order processing and resource allocation. Track, analyze, and report maintenance KPIs to support operational performance and decision-making. Facilities Planning & Infrastructure Identify current and future facility requirements in collaboration with site stakeholders. Develop and execute plans to support capacity, layout, and infrastructure needs. Capital Projects & Continuous Improvement Lead and support facility-related capital and improvement projects. Ensure proper preparation and execution of infrastructure requirements for new equipment installations. Perform additional duties and projects as required to support business needs. This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations.
