Equipment Dealership Manager

Overview Join a dynamic and fast-paced dealership group as a Store Manager, where you will lead daily operations, drive sales, and foster a team environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all aspects of store management, from inventory control and customer service to staff development and sales strategies. As the face of the dealership, you will ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficient store operations that promote growth and profitability. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including training, coaching, and evaluating performance to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity Oversee inventory management, including purchasing, stock control, merchandising, and pricing strategies Manage daily store operations such as Service writing, Sales, Ordering, and Rental Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients through promotional activities and community engagement Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment Coordinate with Regional Manager and other stores for best practices and opportunities Skills Strong leadership abilities with proven management experience in retail or dealership environments Excellent communication skills (bilingual proficiency preferred) Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and developing effective marketing strategies Proficient in inventory control systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, and retail Math principles Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities Knowledge of retail sales techniques such as merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional planning Experience with supervising staff in a fast-paced setting like Familiarity with internet sales or related product lines is a plus This role is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about leading teams and growing sales and your career
