Job Description

Elite Health Partners is hiring for a key role destined to grow. We are seeking individuals passionate and driven in the operations and maintenance of manufacturing machinery and equipment. Work with state of the art packaging lines and grow into the role of chief Engineer in a rapidly evolving business environment. Only interested professionals need apply. Come and grow with us!
Responsibilities:
Regularly inspect, clean, and maintain all manufacturing equipment within the production suites Perform routine maintenance to mitigate and prevent unexpected breakdowns Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication and part replacement as needed Oversee scheduled scale calibrations Identify and address equipment malfunctions and operational issues in a timely manner and troubleshoot problems to resolve them effectively Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including dates of service and performed tasks Prioritize safety when performing maintenance tasks by adhering to safety protocols and ensure that equipment continues to meet regulatory and compliance standards Train operations and production specialists on equipment functions and safety Collaborate with the production team, quality department, and sanitation supervisor to maintain a clean and sanitary production environment Other responsibilities as needed Coordinate with upper management to increase equipment efficiencies and output Set up packaging lines based on production schedule forecast Maintain and organize all equipment tooling and tools Help packaging team when necessary Syntegon horizontal flow wrapper Syntegon vertical flow wrappers Massmann carton packer Keyence coders and laser etcher Skills /
Experience Requirements:
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with a multitude of personality types within a variety of situations High level of attention to detail Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Processes and Quality Assurance practices Adequate mathematical skills Willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly Ability to sit, squat, bend, kneel repetitively throughout a workday Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks and occasionally lift 20-50 lbs Ability to stand for long periods of time (roughly 90% of the day) Reliable and timely transportation to and from work Desire to further progress in personal and professional growth
