Equipment Mechanic

Bobcat Equipment Technician / Mechanic Scott's Landscape Management is looking for a motivated and dependable Equipment Technician / Mechanic to join our growing Bobcat dealership team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, has strong mechanical ability, and wants to grow with a company that is expanding quickly. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Bobcat equipment and related machinery both in the shop and occasionally in the field. We are looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined Reliable and self-motivated Able to troubleshoot and problem solve Willing to learn and grow with the company Responsibilities Diagnose and repair Bobcat equipment and related machinery Perform routine maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel, and mechanical systems Complete repairs efficiently and safely Document repairs and communicate findings clearly Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with service team members to prioritize and complete jobs Occasionally assist with field service calls if needed Qualifications Mechanical experience required Experience with construction, landscape, agricultural, or heavy equipment preferred Diesel, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience preferred Ability to lift, bend, and work in a shop environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Preferred Experience Bobcat equipment experience Heavy equipment repair Skid steers, compact tractors, mowers, excavators, or diesel equipment Welding or fabrication experience is a plus Growth Opportunities Scott's Landscape is a growing dealership with opportunities for advancement for the right person.
