Equipment Associate Job Details Elizabethtown, KY Shift:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00

PM Pay:

$17.00/hour Overtime possible/mandatory Temp-to-Hire Equipment Associate Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license required Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, warehouse, or construction environments preferred Ability to kneel, bend, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Comfortable working outdoors in hot and cold weather conditions Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Steel toe boots required Safety vest, hard hat, and safety glasses will be provided by the company About the Equipment Associate Role Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Equipment Associates to support branch operations and equipment preparation in Elizabethtown, KY. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a team-focused environment. Associates will assist with cleaning, inspecting, and preparing rental equipment while helping support customer and branch operations.

Key responsibilities include:
