6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday We're seeking a safety-driven Equipment Operator with proven expertise in operating reach trucks and warehouse equipment to move products efficiently and accurately. Responsible for delivering consistent productivity while maintaining strict safety standards, ensuring inventory integrity and smooth distribution center operations. Don't miss this associate to hire opportunity in Edgerton, KS. Equipment Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Transport materials to and from designated locations using appropriate equipment
• Utilize RF scanning equipment to accurately record inventory transactions
• Perform manual inventory counts as needed to ensure accuracy
• Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections; report damage or issues to Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Report RF equipment malfunctions promptly
• Unload incoming containers at the distribution center

Equipment Operator Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience operating warehouse equipment
• Must pass written and practical forklift certification tests
• Regularly stand, lift, and reach
• Occasionally walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and communicate
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities include close and distance vision
• Ability to communicate clearly and respond to questions
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
