Swimming Pool Installer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Swimming Pool Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining residential swimming pools with precision and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of construction skills to bring outdoor aquatic visions to life. Duties Prepare sites by clearing, grading, and setting up necessary safety barriers for pool installation Install pool shells, liners, plumbing systems, electrical components, and filtration equipment with accuracy Use hand tools and power tools to assemble structural components such as concrete forms, steel reinforcement, and framing Perform finishing tasks including caulking , tile laying, and concrete finishing to ensure a polished appearance Coordinate with other trades such as plumbing, electrical, masonry, and landscaping teams for seamless project execution Operate heavy equipment safely for excavation and site preparation tasks Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress Qualifications Proven experience in construction installation or related field; experience with swimming pool installation is a plus Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation Familiarity with construction safety protocols Knowledge of plumbing systems, low voltage electrical wiring (including schematics), concrete forming, masonry, plastering, tile/paver laying, and restoration techniques Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Join our team today to help craft stunning swimming pools that transform outdoor spaces!
