Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted RN license Previous experience working in an Emergency Room setting Knowledge of emergency protocols and best practice guidelines Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS or TNCC preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency department Implement and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor patient progress and respond to rapidly changing conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Provide education and support to patients and their families Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record Comply with all safety and infection control policies
