3x12 Nights Are you an experienced Emergency Room nurse ready to take on your next adventure? Do you excel in high-pressure environments where quick decision-making is key? Join our healthcare partner in providing exceptional care to patients in need of urgent medical attention. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will play a critical role in assessing and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions. Your ability to multi-task efficiently and provide premium care during acute illnesses or trauma will be essential. You will collaborate with the emergency room charge nurse and acute care nurse to deliver top-notch care. Conduct individualized patient assessments and prioritize data collection based on immediate needs Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team Perform treatments and procedures accurately and in a timely manner Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area Provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately Initiate emergency resuscitative measures as per protocols Adhere to safety and infection control standards Assist nursing staff in other departments as needed Maintain confidentiality and provide care in a non-judgmental manner Need 1 year experience in setting Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current California licensure ACLS, PALS, CPR, and NRP certifications required TNCC certification required within one year of hire Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
