Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to lead and support the deployment of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. This role is responsible for configuring, testing, training, and ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to new ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP system implementations Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Configure ERP software to meet company needs Perform data migration, validation, and system testing Train end-users and provide ongoing support Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and leadership teams Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Qualifications:

Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and training abilities Project management experience is a plus Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:
