ERP Specialist

The ERP Specialist plays a key role in modernizing and standardizing ERP systems across our clients platform, supporting multiple manufacturing business units. This position is central to the migration from Sage 100 (SQL) to a unified, next‑generation ERP platform while ensuring system stability, data integrity, and process alignment throughout the transition.

Serving as both a functional and technical liaison, the ERP Specialist partners closely with IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to optimize business processes, support ERP implementations, and drive platform-wide standardization.

Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the ERP subject matter expert supporting multiple manufacturing business unitsSupport, configure, and enhance existing ERP systems, workflows, and reportingLead and support ERP migration efforts, including system testing, data validation, and user trainingCollaborate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales teams to design scalable and standardized ERP solutionsAssist with data migration and system integrations between legacy and next-generation ERP platformsDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics using SQL, Power BI, and AI-enabled toolsTroubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolutions with IT teams and external vendorsDrive multi-site ERP standardization and alignment of business processesEnsure data governance, audit readiness, and compliance with internal IT and security standardsCreate SOPs, documentation, and training materials for end usersParticipate in ERP evaluations, pilot programs, and full system deploymentsSupport day-to-day ERP operations alongside internal IT teams
