Job Description

Lead Escrow Coordinators through effective coaching and support and management of work schedules, daily tasks, projects, and employee performance. The Escrow Operations Supervisor must have attention to detail, demonstrate supervisory abilities, and provide employees guidance for growth while consistently monitoring and improving quality and efficiency benchmarks in area of responsibility.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision and Workflow Support (90%): Supervise 10 or more employees. Monitor, coach, and collaborate with department employees on quality and quantity of work as well as adherence to company and department policy. Monitor and maintain all Allied Solutions Human Resource responsibilities pertinent to this department (Annual Performance Reviews, PTO/Flex requests, approval of time cards, etc) Monitor workflows and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure prompt and accurate completion of daily tasks and communicate to department management and other impacted areas when adherence to service delivery expectation is at risk Develop employees professional skills as well as knowledge of client needs, internal processes, and overall business operations in order to help employees reach their potential and contribute to Allied's excellence in service Interview, hire, coach, evaluate, discipline, and terminate employees following the Human Resource requirements and with guidance from management and Human Resources Administration and Reporting (10%): Organize and conduct department meetings to inform employees of new procedures or client particulars, changes within the department, or challenges pertaining to their areas of responsibilities Adapt to organizational change Identify process improvements and offer solutions/suggestions Ability to travel as needed Other responsibilities as assigned Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA): High School Diploma required Associate's degree in a related field preferred 3-4 years of directly related work experience required The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
